So slow with drive through service. I can?t count on them to be open during normal times. Apparently they have staffing issues... and just close down. So frustrating when I?m trying to get coffee on my way to work. I?m left trying to find a alternativelocation. Read more

This Starbucks used to be good, but lately they frequently serve burnt coffee and expired food products. Even when I went back... and got an unexpired protein box, the date was barely still good and the carrots were starting to spoil. Read more
Alright so I love this place because it is usually super fast drive through and they are super nice BUTTTTT today I was given a... used pastry bag in the drive through. I know it was used because it had writing in pen and pencil all over the back. Whilst thisisn?t like the most unsanitary thing, it?s not pleasant to see the bag crumbled and written all over. This place use to be awesome, you use to be able to order your drink and hand your card over and get out. They just updated... their systems so now they hand you an overly large machine because they are begging for tips now. Now that they added this extrastep which is a nightmare and lord knows how many people have touched it and its not clean I saw finger prints all over it. Theymust of forgot about COVID or something. Its Brainiac central over here. I now refuse to leave a tip since they made an extrastep for me and made it a nightmare to want to go to. It use to be the opposite.
