This place use to be awesome, you use to be able to order your drink and hand your card over and get out. They just updated... their systems so now they hand you an overly large machine because they are begging for tips now. Now that they added this extrastep which is a nightmare and lord knows how many people have touched it and its not clean I saw finger prints all over it. Theymust of forgot about COVID or something. Its Brainiac central over here. I now refuse to leave a tip since they made an extrastep for me and made it a nightmare to want to go to. It use to be the opposite. Thanks for going one step backwards Starbucks.Until this "Feature" is changed im not going above a star. Read more
