I come to this place often just because the food is good. The biggest problem of this place is the customer service. It sucks I... was told since I ordered wings that it would be roughly 15 minutes which I am fine with, but then the cashier spoke to a manger(the short lady) and she stated out loud ?that?s going to take 30 minutes? after I payed for my food and the tone of her voicesounded annoyed. I was already fine with waiting I understand that it takes time to make a order. On top of that I can clearlysee that the screen where you can see all the orders there?s only three orders including mines. So I don?t understand why thereis a need to be so rude. Read more
I am a nurse at St Anthony?s hospital and stopped here on the way home. A girl named Nichole took my order at the register to... take out. I sat down to wait and remembered to add a drink. I walked up to Nichole and touched her long sleeve shirt?..shejerked her shoulder back and used a sound like? eek? and said ? don?t touch me?. I was shocked!!!!!!! I was polite and she wasvery snarky! She acted as though I had some disease!!!! Then she turned to make the shake. Absolutely terrible service. Did take the correct order (in store) I told James no, I didn't need the receipt-complete mistake.... Had to go back to the counter and reorder twice. Ended up being close to $60 for 3 burgers, half-empty fries, tots, 2 shakes anda drink. Did I mention I had to reorder TWICE? If I could give less than one star, I would. Wasted almost 30 minutes on the 3orders. No one in front of us at the location. Food was good, but not enough to offset the terrible service. ?? Read more
The burgers a tasty. The reason for the 4 stars is they don?t give much for fries or tater tots. The crispy chicken is very... good too. We also got the shakes but those weren?t that impressive. Good burgers though. Read more
Better than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised that I could get a gluten free bun! It made the burger so much better than... lettuce wrapped. I got the bacon avocado burger, and I think I got the best one they make!! Staff was really nice too Read more
Ordered through Uber Eats, I paid for a Spicy Baja Burger and my daughter ordered an egg on her burger. I got a classic smash... delivered and my daughter didn?t get the egg on her burger. At least my husband and son got their right order! Read more
Treated the kids here after a family photo shoot. My son does not like cheese so ordered his hamburger without this. ... Unfortunately the hamburger arrived with cheese on it but the server, Tris, was very courteous and accommodating and quickly hada new hamburger made for free of charge. Kudos to the wonderful staff!
