I read probably 10 reviews before writing this. I wanted to make sure it wasn?t just me.. well there was only about 3-4 other... reviews about the customer service.. Girl that took our order was super friendly. But the guy that put the drinks out and calledthe number was annoyed when we asked ?which drink is which? obviously we?ve never been here before otherwise we wouldn?t haveasked. He made eye contact with us. Turned the drink where the sticker said our drink and without a word he walked away? Okayy?Weird & rude.. just do better. Read more
If you've never been here - or a place like it - then before you go, you might want to visit their website and study the menu so... that you needn't ask a million questions like I did! It's kinda overwhelming for a newbie but likely exactly what an experienced"teaster" is looking for. This was my first visit and definitely not my last. Read more
Tasty, delicious drinks, friendly staff. Their quality are as expected as other Sharetea locations. The sugar and ice level are... customizable, but to me, regular sweetness delivers the best flavor and experience. Drinks came out quickly after placing order.I recommend this place and will definitely come back when I have a chance to visit Belmar. Read more
I went here a week ago, it is a nice little shop with a cute inside and it has good outdoor seating options. I?ve been to one of... these in Washington state and from what I remember, the shops were about the same in terms of menu options. I got a mangopassion fruit tea with boba and it was good, although a bit on the sweet side. So if you don?t like super sweet drinks I wouldsuggest getting a lower amount of sugar. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is because of price. Boba can get pricey to be surebut I?ve been in places where the boba was cheaper and comparable quality. It wasn?t outrageously priced by any means but it?snot something I would go to weekly, although I suppose that isn?t a bad thing because of how much sugar that?s saving me fromconsuming????Overall it was a nice place and if I want to treat myself to boba in the Lakewood area I will be back. ???? I will not come back this place ever. Telling you that I buy drinks all the time since my office is around Belmar.... Finally, I don?t want to come back here anymore. It tastes like water. Very weak and melted down. I ordered Hukkaudo milk teawith 80% sweetness, no boba and no ice. ???? Greentea latte was even worse and every menu taste????????????????????????????????Don?t waste your money. Read more
Boba spots are few and far between unless one drives down to the slightly more ethnic neighborhood of Aurora (specifically the... area around Havana St). Because of this, I am glad that Sharetea has a location in the Belmar area which is not too far fromwhere I live! Most of their drinks are really tasty and reasonably priced in my opinion especially when you take advantage oftheir point system. The reason I take a star off is because I am not a big fan of really sweet food/drinks and also prefer notto pay for a cup full of ice. I always ask for 30% sweetness level and minimal ice but end up getting a drink that is similar insweetness as my girlfriend's drink which is full sweetness level and about a quarter of a cup of ice. Not the end of the worldsince I normally just bring some water with me to dilute it but I feel like it is a regular enough occurrence that taking a staroff is warranted. Read more
We were regulars and love Sharetea. My wife ordered a drink she's had before and asked for it 50% sweet. It was CRAZY sweet and... she asked for a new drink. They said, NO and that it was made right and they won't replace it. If you won't sacrifice maybe $2cost for thousands of dollars we spend a year there? Very poor customer service tactics. We'll gladly take our businesselsewhere. Read more
this place is fine for boba - which is expected for a chain. diversity of drinks and toppings were good, and the tapioca itself... was very nice (i enjoyed the mini boba as well). milk tea left something to be desired, as it had a very bland flavor to it.large portion sizes and toppings are present!
