The food is pretty decent but sometimes they don't have a very clean area Or not update the places

2 times in a row now, ordered online to make the process ?quicker? and they completely forget my order, everyone else orders... much more and they get there stuff first. so I have to get in line again and complain. This santiagos is trash. Read more

We love the breakfast burritos here but the customer service is terrible. We called our order in ahead and they told us it would... be ready in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they finally brought out our food. Not worth the hassle. Read more

The breakfast burritos are the best. The hot chili is not too hot and has plenty of flavor. I paid $5.48 for 2 and it was a... fantastic breakfast. There was a line but with 2 cashiers working in tandum with along with the expert kitchen staff I waitedless than 5 minutes to order! I stood outside to wait and follow the social distancing guidelines to prevent crowding thelobby. The woman who took my order at the register asked my name at the time. She appeared outside with my order in hand inliterally minutes. I have been visiting this location for many years. The quality, service and affordable price for a memorablemeal hasn't changed a bit.
