Edit: I can't believe it. Not only did they do everything listed in my original review, but they went ahead and added $20 to the... tip. I get to dispute the charge with my credit card company and contact better business bureau now. A clean restaurant with good service. The product seems more like a boba tea shop that decided to find some Vietnamese recipes... and give it a go. I asked for Vietnamese drip coffee and got a bitter powder instant coffee. The Pho was plain. The grilled beefwas not tender and didn?t have much flavor. Food was good but customer service was by far the worst customer service I?ve ever had the waitress was extremely rude as soon... as we walked in and asked if we should just be seated or if they wanted to see us she had an attitude and then a party ofyounger kids look like college students came into the restaurant and she sat them Then she proceeded to come up to my table andtold us that she wasn?t trying to rush us, but we need to place our order which we had only been sitting there for 10 minutes.Our food was brought out to us in a timely manner, but we stood waiting for our Boba and we were never asked what kind of drinkswe wanted. So we were just given water. It seemed like she was waiting on the other table that came in after us hand and footbecause they already have their food there, Boba and everything else but when I got up and asked about our drinks, she got aAttitude, and proceeded to go back to help the other table. The other waitress tried to help us who was just as shocked andconfused, and she said that she had made hard Bubbas, but that waitress gave them to the other table so like I said, worstservice ever from the elderly lady.
