I live nearby but have stopped going to this location. For several years it's been remarkably, abnormally slow. Way before the... current worker shortage it didn't seem to have enough workers. Does Panera corporate use secret shoppers? They need to send someand up this location's game. I don't blame the frontline employees for slow times, just whoever isn't giving them enoughsupport. My time is more valuable--and I'm willing to pay more to fix it--than sitting around forever for my food. Read more

I have ordered flatbread pizza and there was hair in it. I took pictures of that and have been too busy to post it until now. ... I am not sure how this happened; but really is gross. Please be careful while making edible stuff. Thank you Read more

My partner went into the store to grab us dinner, the staff was yelling across the restaurant stating repeatedly ?we are almost... out of everything.? My partner texted me that they were out of avocado which I didn?t mind. When she showed up and gave me mybowl, it was just a little rice and beans in a huge bowl. First, more than half the ingredients were missing and second, thatwas not 12 dollars worth of food. I took my bowl back and asked to speak to the manager. Manager was sweet enough. He refundedme and remade the bowl with all the ingredients (including avocado Which they were ?out of? 10 minutes before). Just one moreside note, while I was standing waiting for my food, an employee in the kitchen ready area made a comment ?that?s what happenswhen you work with people who don?t care.? I get that it?s Panera and not a sit down restaurant but overall the experience wasunprofessional except the manager. I love Panera for a quick/ healthyish meal. But I?ve never seen service like that at aPanera. Only reason I gave the three star was because of the manager fixing the meal. Read more

The location was clean and well staffed. The service was not great as the workers rushed through everything. The food came out... fast and was fresh. Overall, a good meal and we will go back. Read more

Disappointed. I was so looking forward to my birthday lunch here but was sorely disappointed. Staff couldn't carry less about... customer service. Got 2/3 of our order and after waiting 10 min for the 3rd meal I went to check on it. It was wrapped up andhad just been sitting on the counter. The manager? Warmed it up and threw it on a plate. Food was so- so... the poor managerwalls running around like a crazy person trying to get orders together while most the employees just stood around. The storealso had a wierd dirty/rotten smell. Super unappetizing. We definitely won't return to this location. Read more

When you order a chicken sandwich with bacon and avacado and this is what you get. Employees can't even put the sandwich... together. They were out of bacon but never told us. Unfortunately the manager who just started a shift walked into a disaster ofa store left over from the last manager. The floors and counters were filthy. Read more

Stopped by Panera Bread, my old breakfast stomping ground for some lunch. The location was pretty busy and everyone inside... seemed to be enjoying themselves. It?s always sad, however, to know that you?ve arrived just past 1030am and you can?t orderbreakfast even though they have dozens upon dozens of bagels still. Wish they could change that policy. I decided to order aPick Two lunch: a chicken salad sandwich and tomato soup with an apple. The soup was great, nice and hot, exactly what youexpected. But the chicken salad sandwich, my goodness, so disappointing. The portion size was a joke. I even had to ask thestaff if this was right and the guy beyond the prep area said, ?yes, that one scoop, and that?s even a big portion I gave you.?(Looking at photo). First off, anytime you hear somehow refer to your food in scoop sizes is completely unprofessional. Second, there is no way the portion size on that sadly looking concoction is adequate for anybody. The lunch was rather disappointing. To finish it off, the price for my entire lunch (a pick two and a small coffee) was $15! That?s crazy talk to me, I felt thatthis meal was very overpriced and the portion size was very much taking advantage of the customer. If I?m spending that amountof money on lunch, not dinner but lunch, I would expect to have a larger portion. Overall, my visit was rather bleh, and wouldhad rather spent my money elsewhere that day. 6/29/21: Great tuna salad sandwich! Not boring. Great location. Had my favorite Frontega chicken sandwich and it was fabulous... as usual. The chicken and the bread were great but I think the secret is that one ring of purple onion they add. It makes thesandwich. Also had the creamy tomato soup with French bread which was great, too. Had the Passion Papaya Green tea to drink.Love to sit in Panera Bread locations. They are always comfortable and quiet. Counter people are nice, too. Has 5G (for aVerizon phone anyway). Read more
