I am very disappointed, I called about a week prior to make reservations for my son's birthday dinner, as we got there the lady... at the hostess stand was completely rude to my entire family. My father arrived early and said we had reservations and the ladywas like you are too early sit down and wait. Well I got there and told her that our reservations were at 6 and she said it was5:59 its not 6 yet. She kept looking over at me rolling her eyes, I asked do you have something to say she just looked away androlled her eyes again and starting whispering into another hostess. There was another family that came in and asked how long thewait was , the hostess said about 25-30 min wait what's the name? The lady walked over to her family to see if they wanted towait and the hostess was yelling at her name please?! like 4 times. The lady from the family came back up the front saying canyou give me a chance to see if we want to wait or not? The hostess was so rude and honestly made the experience just horriblesorry but she is the first person customers see as they come in and that's how she is treating people?! I enjoy eating at olive garden and love the soup, but I was in eatn chicken nookie and bite into some plastic, was corner off... bag of soup I'm sure, the manager came up and said will give you a couple bucks off... well it was 2 bucks.
