We have been coming here for years. Really good Mexican food! They start out with chips and salsa and little cups of corn with a... cabbage mixture. Really good way to start the meal. The margaritas they serve are really good and hit the spot. They have a niceoutdoor patio but it's a little noisy with Colfax but not too bad. Not much parking but the whole restaurant isn't that biganyway. I recommend. Read more

I went here on a whim when I saw the website mentioned vegan options. There was so much to choose from! They also had vegan... cheese, Impossible meat, and multiple vegetable options. The green chili was delicious and vegan! Portions were very generousand it was all so reasonably priced! The wait staff was very knowledgeable about what was and was not vegan. Let me tell you what happened at the Moose Hill Cantina, magic. Chips were freshly made and still warm when they were served.... There is an eclectic selection on the menu to entice your imagination and palate. We got the street tacos and New Mexicoenchiladas with no regrets. The portions are huge. The margs were bomb (I got the blue raspberry, yes BLUE RASPBERRY). And ahuge selection of dessert. The moose cake was incredible flavor and the cheesecake was dense and to die for. The food is good. The drinks were great. The ambience was nice. We went after work today we sat outside on the patio. I got the... fish tacos. Fruit based salsa w avocados and pineapple on the side. I have food allergies so there was no cheese and no sourcream. ??????????? I could taste the fish and I enjoyed my meal. 4 stars bcz we had to wait too long to have our drinks filledand I had to stand up and walk over to grab silver ware and a refill. Overall a good place.
