Trash the manager can?t read!!! We spent $50 on Halloween and we did not get any food we waited there inside the app said the... pizza was ready but when I asked for the name the store manager said we don?t have an order for you. After arguing with him forfive minutes or so he gave me a phone number to call. For a refund . The manager side they don?t give money back because theycan?t do refund in the store but they took my money then after leaving and going somewhere else to eat they called and asked ifwe were going to pick up our order I called the number and they said the store has to refund us. Ordered $54.00 in food. When we received it the stuffed crazy bread was uncooked. Pizza was cold. We were missing the drinks... we paid for. I called the store in an attempt to get it fixed and was ask what i wanted and I said for the food to be recookedor a refund. Was told contact the delivery company and hung up on by the supposed manager. This store is absolutely horribleand theives. Refusing to even give you the things you paid for. Read more

Ordered online, waited the thirty minute before heading to store. Waited 15 more minute because our pizza/bread stick order was... being made. Got home and we have two Hawaiian pizzas. Take both back to show them and they gave us the extra pizza. So now wehave two cold Hawaiian pizzas because it was another 20 minutes to make the pizza/bread stick one. Very disappointed Theyshould have refunded ine pizza. Read more

Worst customer service ever. Ordered pizza on app. Waited over an hour and pizza was still not done. Asked them for a refund.... They said they couldn't give us a refund cause we ordered online. We had to do the refund online. There is no refund optiononline and and under contact us they want me to leave my email and comet. So at this point not only did we not get our food wehave not got a refund either. Read more

Had a coupon on T-Mobile Tuesday for an extramostbestest pepperoni. We got two! Came in a few minutes early before pick up time... and employee at the front went back got the pizza hot & ready!! Offered napkins , peppers etc. very nice. Store very clean.Thank you!! Read more

ordered a fairly simple pizza, large thin crust with sausage, bell pepper and onion. was told 8 to 10 minutes. 20 - 25 minutes... later I asked about it as 5 people had come and ordered and got their pizzas and left. they hurried to get it out and it washorrible. the sauce was cold, the sausage was cold, the bell pepper was huge chunks, there was hardly any cheese. Me and my husband went in to the store , the lady at the counter was not a pleasant person at all, 1. They messed up our order... they gave us stuff crust when we spent extra to get the pepperoni stuff crust, then we had to use the bathroom that is locatedin the front of the store, after I used it I came out she went back and was complaining in a rude tone were we can hear her tothe guy working in the back, then he came up to me and said next time don't use the bathroom employees only, which is fine if asign was up to say that and the crab apple lady wasn't so rude. We loved coming here in the past but this store just hiredextremly rude employees that do not know how to be professional. Read more

Edit 4/28/22 - still amazing check out this cheese all the way to the crust. Way to go team!!! Amazing customer service!! I... live really close and frequent little caesars quite a bit but today i received my first "reject" pizza missing half the cheese.Unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got home, so I called and the associate was extremely apologetic and made it right.Would have been back regardless because this is the first bad pizza out of maybe 100. Either way glad to see a store that caresso much. Way to go team! Read more
