This location's delivery is, unfortunately, freaky slow. I always make the mistake of ordering when I'm already getting hungry,... assuming I'll have a sandwich in like 25 minutes--big mistake. While waiting for my most recent order, I literally asked myself"Hungry? Why wait?" and ate a Snickers bar. I need to remember to order far in advance of when I'll want to eat. I wish I couldblame the slow delivery on the current worker shortage, but this location's delivery was abnormally slow way before our countryran out of workers. I wonder if all the stoplights around Wadsworth and Alameda are part of the problem. 75% of their deliverytime is probably idling at stoplights. (side note: I live very close, so sheer distance isn't the issue). Aside from thedelivery, it's all good. Read more

I ordered from this store on Door Dash, this Jimmy Johns called me to inform me that they were all out of bread which is... ridiculous and laughable given this is a sandwich shop. This experience turned me off from this restaurant for good. Read more

Somehow my internet order didn't go through. After an hour of waiting I checked my card balance and noticed I wasn't charged for... a sandwich. I was SO hungry. I am 7 months pregnant and hypoglycemic. I dreamt about eating a sub sandwich the night before,woke up chewing on the blanket ha! So I craved this specific meal like you would not believe. I ordered from Jimmy John's. AfterI saw my order hadn't been placed I kind of panicked. I was inordinately desperate for this sandwich. I called a half hourbefore they closed and Chesterfield saved my night. Literally, if you see this review: THANK you. I didn't want to freak you outon the phone but I was so relieved I was getting the sandwich that I sorta sobbed after the call from pure relief. Pregnancyhormones are no joke, guys. Anyways. Sandwich gets here right on time. I got a veggie with a bunch of customizations and thesandwich was PERFECT. Bread was soft, veggies were fresh, sauce was dripping off of everything because I ordered extra sauce...Iam telling you, I had a spiritual experience tonight. Best sandwich ever. This was the most frustrating sandwich ordering experience I?ve ever had in my entire life. I used the mobile app to order a... BLT sandwich with avocado spread. When I got the sandwich the avocado spread was in a separate side container. I didn?tunderstand why so I was looking for a plastic knife to spread it on there myself. The store doesn?t have any plastic silverware! So I asked them to unwrap the sandwich and put the avocado in there for me but they refused! The teenage person behind thecounter was like a robot and kept repeating that I didn?t order it correctly. I asked if this is how their customer serviceworks when their customer doesn?t get what they want they just blatantly refuse to honor the customers wishes? The answer wasyes. The teenager was clearly following a script or protocol- but failed to use common sense, empathy or basic human decency. Read more

Worst sandwich I've ever had, was all lettuce with ingredients missing. When I submitted a complaint, it was handled very... poorly. Definitely lost a loyal customer and gained a lifetime of a bad reputation from me. Read more
