All subs (regular - 2 & footlong) was made correctly ????. Nice & polite workers. Parking around Jersey Mike's was not the... best, but finally we parked to order inside the store. When we left, plenty of parking spaces was available, guess bad timingon our part! Will definitely return if I'm in the area. Read more
Botched delivery with extraordinarily poor customer service. My wife and I ordered delivery from this restaurant through the... Jersey Mike's app and received an entirely different order that was unlabeled and contained none of the items that we paidfor. We then called the store and they tried to first blame it on DoorDash, then said they could not find the ticket until amanager took over the call, and were unable to provide any sensible resolution: either having the order made and re-delivered,or re-making the order for immediate pickup. The only option offered was a refund that would not arrive for days. We generallylike Jersey Mike's and eat at this chain on occasion, but were extremely disappointed with the store's ability to correctlydispatch an order and the poor customer service over the phone. This my first time ordering here, and I came here around 1:35pm for a pick-up order. When I got there, they told me that someone... already took the order before I arrived there. I showed them the confirmation email and they offered to remake my sandwich, butthey didn't offer an apology or anything else for the hassle. The sandwich itself is alright, but I don't want to experiencethis every time I pick up an order. I would recommend ordering elsewhere. Read more
The goofy little blonde manager with the bowl cut is not very customer friendly. If it's cracking horrible jokes or flirting... with his female co workers it was a uncomfortable experience with the little goober. The food was good though. Read more
Your paying all this money for sandwiches u expect good qaulity. Bread was hard and dry hot sandwiches were not hot. No one... realy ate there sandwich . Not goid at all Read more
