Today, we tried this place for the very first time was looking for a place for protein shakes. We tried the chocolate turtle... cheesecake. VERY GOOD!!! Would purchase that one again. Staff is very friendly, willing to explain items and make suggestions.There are so many flavors to choose from I don't think you could go wrong. My shake wasn't chalky or chunky. Very smooth, wellblended. Other customers were just finishing up a Zumba class when we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! We willdefinitely be back!! this place is probably one of the best places you can go and get an energy tea, protein shake, or anything new that they make it... is just fantastic you can relax a great environment that is focused on healthy nutrition. I first discovered uptown nutrition from a flyer they put on my car at vasa parking lot while I was working out. I stopped by... today to check it out and was greeted with great kindness! I felt so welcomed and warmed by the ladies at the front. I got thebirthday cake shake and it came with a tea for free for my first purchase which was awesome! I stopped by here yesterday for a post workout snack and ended up getting the Peach Bomb tea and the Birthday Cake shake. Not... only were both delicious, they were very filling! Very friendly! Delicious and nutritious shakes and teas. First one was on the house. Shakes are very filling and serve as meal... replacements.
