I love this place! I went in just a little bit ago. Jessica, who rung me up and made my banana milk shakes (if you like banana,... you have try these!) was so friendly and welcoming. I ordered a couple items. One item got missed (my bad for not doublechecking my bag) which wasn't a big deal. I did call to get that dealt with and Dave (I believe was his name) was super friendlyand helpful. Inconsistent food quality and quality of service. In my last 2 visits, 1. I paid for an extra patty that I didn't get, 2. The... spoon bender couldn't bend a spoon if it tried, I needed a straw to DRINK it, it was like soup! I've enjoyed Good Times in thepast, but service and quality are hit and miss. Also, please find a better way to serve a mushroom swiss burger than a soggymess in a piece of foil with mushrooms, melted cheese and grease going everywhere. Was given wrong food at union blvd location. Called and asked for a refund on my card they acknowledged their error but said... they could not void . I would have to drive back 20 mins to get refund. Manager asked me what i wanted I said if I have to driveback 20 mins then I would like new food and a refund for my time and trouble manager said no one or the other accused me ofbeing rude and hung up on me. Called back to get the name of her and her manager she refused to give me her name and told me Iwas harassing her and hung up again. I called again and asked for her managers name she said Allen call tomorrow and I?ll behere we can all talked about how rude I was and hung up again. I called back to let her know I was driving back up for my refund24.00 it not cheap and looked awful see pic. Drive up surprising she was rude again took her 15 mins to refund my money noapology just attitude. I will be calling corporate. In response to owner instead of a gift card please train your staff betterto not escalate issues and to be less abrasive. Lines were not busy, staff was polite and friendly. Food was served in a timely manner. My burger had a handmade kind of flavor... to it. (Burger was not overcooked), The wild fries were top notch and my favorite item! Corn Dog was slightly undercooked, butthat was my only complaint. Read more

Had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and wild fries. Everything was hot and fresh. My only complaint would be how long the drive-thru... line took. There were 6 cars in front of me, and the wait was 19 minutes in line until food completion. I did go right at peaklunchtime (12:29-12:48) however at this time there should have been burgers on the grill ready to take off as orders arecomplete to help expedite the line. Read more
