The quality of this location has fallen dramatically recently. I?ve never had a problem with getting well done fried up until my... last two visits. And I?ve been going to five guys for years. When I asked why, the manager said it hallow?s them out? Why woulda manager refuse such a simple request? He said, ?we?ll make sure they hot and crispy?? they were more like limp and soggy.Their burgers are just as bad, my burger was a soggy mess and fell apart and I didn?t even take it to go! Great Burgers. Who can resist Cajun fries! All served quickly by very friendly staff. Highly recommend
Finally tried this place for the first time and definitely not impressed. Way too expensive. 11 or 12 dollars for a bacon... cheeseburger and got home to discover they didn't even put any bacon on it. Also, why wrap the burger in aluminum foil? Took meabout 30 mins to drive home and when I unwrapped it parts of the bun were already so wet and soggy it was ridiculous. Read more
Got charged 35 dollars for two hamburgers after a 12 work day to get home to see my reciept. They upcharged us for double... patties. 35 dollars for two hamburgers and an order of fries. I should have been paying attention but it's not my job to worktheir register. I'll be back tomorrow for my refund. Read more
