Just picked up my food & a male employee with purple hair was incredibly rude! I have not been to this location & did not see... where to pick up chips from- my bad I was on my phone. Picked up my food & asked where I would pick my bag of chips from, thisman stared at me wordlessly & didn't answer my question. I asked again & realized that they were on the other side of the room,apologized & went to pick them up, as I was leaving the store he SHOUTED that there was a sign pointing to the chips that I hadnot seen. On top of that two OTHER male employees appeared to be arguing about something behind the counter while I was makingmy order. Some of the best tasting subs around definitely have to try it.
Spent $80 here, the girl at the register was straight up crying and rude, I?ve had a couple fast food jobs and anytime I got... overly stressed the management would atleast let me go to the back to calm down, management here must be awful for making herwork like that. Also two of the subs I ordered were wrong. Very uncomfortable and bad experience. Read more
The restaurant was very good with a nice selection. The boys putting the meal together were very nice. However, the young male... working the cash register was the rudest I have encountered in my life!!! I am a bit hard of hearing so I might talk a littlelouder than usual. I was very happy because I was with my son and grandkids. The cashier looked grumpy and things wentdownhill from there. He asked me if I wanted a pickle and I enthusiastically said "YES". He immediately sternly told me "DoNOT YELL at me!". I thought he was kidding so I asked, "wow, are you having a bit of a hard day?" and he responded, "NO, I justdon't like it when customers YELL at me!!!!!" Lots of parking, helpful staff, great subs. Also got some plastic pickles buckets (part of a charity event). Good eating, good... service. Read more
It took a bit longer than expected to get my food. But the guys that were working greeted every person that came through the... door. Conversed with customers while they were waiting while they continued working. I wish I asked their names but they weregreat multitaskters. Made good food while keep customers from blindly and silently waiting for their food. Read more
Not good at all. I ordered the Italian which I always get at other locations. This one tasted over heated. The meat was dry and... there wasn't Italian dressing on it. Also had a dark colored hair in my food. I have light brown/blonde hair. I think the kidmaking the food should have payed more attention to making a good product than his girlfriend at the counter... After thedissapointing 1st half of my sandwich, and then finding the hair, I lost my appetite and threw it away. What a waste of $9. I'mnever going to return to this location. Read more
The man who rang us up made us really uncomfortable with his angry demeanor. After taking our order he turned up the volume on a... tv he was watching the game on and loudly cussed at the tv while we waited for our subs with our 8 year old. Would not recommenddining in or bringing children to this location. Read more
