Came from out of town to their location to have some breakfast. I ordered a bakers dozen and picked out my bagels. Afterwards, I... kindly asked to slice and toast them to which the Mexican lady assisting me rudely said “no”. I asked her if she could andshe said that they don’t and have never been doing it, which is a complete lie as I have gone to many locations around the US.When we reached the window, she had forgotten part of our order and I had a coffee that was free in my app. I showed it to herand she added the coffee but still charged. When I asked her, she then took the phone number and continued to glare at me duringthe whole payment process. Waiting for my windshield to be replaced across the street, got a bagel and was sitting in the corner for about an hour. Nice... young lady came up and told me I had to leave because they have no indoor dining. Really, the manager didn’t have thefortitude to talk to me, had to send his worker. Seriously, try treating people with dignity. Bathrooms are locked too. What BS.All you people need to take a different look at what it is to be a considerate person that treats people with dignity. DIGNITY,look it up. I’m not homeless, but what if I was. Simply telling homeless people to move along is ruthless and you should allbe ashamed! Read more
These bagels are just not very good. I went here since it had been a long time since I visited. The service was fine but the... food is just not good. The assorted bagel box does not include all of the bagels for 20 bucks. I can go and pick the ones I wantat other places. Safeway makes better bagels and are cheaper. Read more
Einstein bagels always gets my order right, the food is always fresh, and they always have what I want. The employees are also... nice. Overall, I've never been disappointed in Einstein for some quick bites. Read more
I like this place for breakfast and coffee. A little difficult to get into, but the staff seems friendly and I like the price... for bagel sandwiches. The coffee is objectively better than Starbucks, which at this point tastes like recycled tires. Read more
This restaurant is completely unaccommodating to indoor dining guests. They don’t even have any tables in their large indoor... dining area. I don’t understand this choice. It feels that they are spitting in the face of their guests who simply want tosit down to eat their food. It’s uncompetitive and anti-consumer. In addition to this the service performance is unreasonablyslow. Einstein bagels should be ashamed of this performance. How embarrassing for them. Read more
I don’t think I can support corporate chains like this anymore. I have had too many experiences like this where there is... barely any cream cheese on a bagel. I’m sure the corporate overlords encourage employees to be “efficient” with the creamcheese, which is a terrible idea if you want customers to come back. Read more
They messed my sandwich up twice, I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru for the wrong sandwich so I went inside to get the... right sandwich, waiting another 10 minutes for them to give me the wrong sandwich again. I thought I would stop by for a quickbreakfast on my way to work but instead i was late to work and wasted 30+ minutes of my time just to get my money back and worka 8 hour shift on an empty stomach. I also got attitude from the girl in the back that messed my sandwich up twice. This placeis a joke, if I could give 0 stars I would. Read more
