Food was below mediocre. Everything was very sloppy. Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza & it was all Buffalo sauce, just dumped on... top of the pizza. Also order a Supreme pan pizza & it was under cooked along with cold wings. Very disappointed for a $50 tab. Read more
I ordered my pizza over an hour ago and it's still not here, about 10 minutes ago I called to ask about it specifically because... the tracker said it had been delivered, the woman who answered was rude and had an additude about me being upset that my foodhad said it was delivered but I still haven't gotten it. We ordered from this store and our order was immediately canceled, with no phone call. We had to call the store to find out that... both of the drivers already left. There wasn't even an offer to come pick it up. As a former dominos manager this is poorexecution and terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
I tried to order on the app for a pickup 2 hours in advance. The app was not accepting orders for future claiming that it was... too close to delivery time (minimum 1 hour out). I tried to order through the website on my phone, same result, had to orderthrough a computer. Was asked to rate my order experience and because of the issues I rated as 1 star. I got a call from thestore manager about 30 minutes after I picked up my order demanding that I change my review because the issue was with Dominoscorporate ordering process and not the store itself, and that my review would reflect negatively on the store for something thatwas not their problem. My response is this: the ordering process, the store, and corporate are all part of the same system. Ifone portion of the system fails it is part of the whole system. Calling and demanding I change a review because of poorreflection on the store is absolutely unacceptable and shows an unwillingness to address customer concerns as opposed to findingresolution. If you like burnt pizza and sides, this is the place for you. Very dry and tough to eat food. The "fresh and hot" statements are... false. Almost $70 with tip, this isn't the place to order pizza or wings! I asked to speak to the manager "Mary" and she wasn'tthere and they did not know when she would be in. There isn't a pizza hut nearby to deliver which is sad because Pizza Hut is alot better. I've seen Domino's commercials and they just don't live up to their marketing. Read more
Where to start? Ordered at 6:52(android app advised us it would be 29-39 minuets), got an update at 7:01 PM that our order was... being quality inspected, called the store at 7:45 PM to ask when to expect out order and was told the update was "just somecorporate thing and not that our order was prepared yet, they wait to prepare it when they have a driver to deliver it." Pizzaarrived just after 8:00 PM. I used my calibrated digital thermometer to check the temperature of the chicken and pizzas(seepictures). The dipping sauce was supposed to be ranch and received habanero(Useless to my wife). Crust was too dark, definitelynot fresh(I used to work at dominos a long time ago, and was one of my favorite jobs ever), but it was like the mistake/leftoverpizzas eaten by employees at the end of the shift. The bright spot was the driver. Polite, apologetic but not overly apologetic= Sincere, asked what I'd like to do, so I kept the food to finish taking pictures, and I was already charged for itanyway. App accepted our complaint and gave us a free pizza with their points. I am really regretting trying a slice since mystomach is unsettled after eating. Read more
I just had contactless delivery. The delivery driver Connie was very timely I had left my keys in the door she made sure to call... and waited in her car to let me know! I really appreciate that. Also the food was warm and good. Thanks Connie and dominies Read more
