Horrible customer service (or lack thereof) after staff either made my order incorrectly or didn't make it at all. Domino's app... lets me know the pizza was done. I show up. Order isn't ready. No attempt to "make it right". Just we didn't make your pizza,you gotta wait another 10 mins. Won't be coming to this location anymore. Read more
I see a lot of issues that other's are having and I guess I'm lucky because I don't have those issues when I order through the... app. I made an order for two items tonight (September 2, 2022) and when I got there, there were others waiting for orders, andeven more people came in while I was waiting. I could see that the team were working as hard and as fast as they could todeliver the large quantity of orders they had this Friday night. We surprise people when we order their garlic white sauce in lieu of tomato and people don?t think Dominoes was ever that good.... It?s our family go to for easy meals. Fast delivery or curbside. Read more
Just ordered lunch from here. Website says it would take 14-24 minutes. It has been 30. I would understand it if they were busy,... but they had only two orders on their screen, and just started making it when I walked in the door. There were no other pizzasin the oven and no orders on the warmer. They were just being lazy and didn't get the pizza made until past the last minute. Sofrustrating. Not coming back here. Read more
This store is absolutely the worst! On most occassions when I order, when the pizza arrives it always looks like it has been... dropped or the pizza is cold. You try to call in and no one seems to answer. If someone does answer, they always have thesame excuse - "We just got hit with a rush". It's like they are reading from a script. Tonight for instance, the siteindicates they pizza will be here in 37 minutes, yet after 30 minutes the site doesn't even show they've prepared the pizza soI call. Some guy gets on the phone and says the pizza is in the over and that it'll be here in 15-20 minutes. I check back 10minutes later and the order was cancelled. Read more

We ordered an Italian Sandwich and Buffalo Chicken. When the order arrived, we received Buffalo Chicken and Boneless Chicken, no... Sandwich. I called to report the issue and was told my order was delivered correctly. I asked if he would like me send a pictureof what I received because I did NOT get a sandwich. I was told, "The best I am willing to do is place a credit on your accountfor your next order." I told him I did not want a credit, I wanted a Sandwich. We will never order from Dominos again. This location is so incredibly inconsistent it?s almost getting unbearable. I?ve showed up several times now after being alerted... my order is ready for pick up only to show up and wait for several more minutes or they take a half hour just to get my order inthe oven. Never can I walk in when it says it?s ready and get my order and go. Get your stuff together. Read more
