Not even trying to be rude, unfortunately this was the worst BBQ I've ever had. My fiance picked us up some ribs, brisket, baked... beans, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and onion rings from Dickeys this evening. It's difficult to describe each item withoutsounding mean, but I'll do my best. The brisket was dry and flavorless, even after drowning it in BBQ sauce. Think along thelines of canned chicken. The ribs were alright I suppose, but they were mostly fat with very little meat on the bone. The bakedbeans were noticeably undercooked (still hard) and had a weird flavor. The mac and cheese was overcooked and in a bland, waterysauce. Velveeta would have been a step up. The mashed potatoes weren't actually too bad, no complaints here. Finally the onionrings were fried for way too long in oil that was probably way too old and then uncomfortably over salted. Overall I would notrecommend Dickeys and I'll probably never be back. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is their prices were prettyreasonable, about $15 per person. However you get what you pay for, so don't be too surprised by the lack of quality food. 2.5 Stars. The food was fairly good. I had brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, spicy beans and pecan pie. The meat was a touch... dry, but it was an hour before close. The bbq sauce was... watered down? Thinned out? Strange. The staff looked a little halfwayhouse. After I sat down with my food, three of them went five feet out the front door to smoke and vape. Wish I had read reviews before ordering, these folks seems to completely lack integrity. Food is clearly institutional. None of... the meats had any smoke flavor, except maybe some liquid smoke soak. The BBQ sauce had so much liquid smoke that it reeked froma foot away. Turkey was a salt lick. Dog liked it tho... Don't repeat my mistake. If quality matters, avoid this "BBQ". Read more
Pictures attached are of "1lb of pulled pork, 1lb of brisket" from the Classic Family Pack. Our order was also missing the... potato salad, cole slaw and baked beans; in summary 3/4 of the sides were missing and we received 1/2 the meat we paid for. WhenI went back the cashier acted like this is a common occurrence. This is frankly unacceptable, I will not be returning. Read more
They forgot a sandwich in my order and this is what a $9 ?medium fry? looks like. Almost thought it was a joke at first. Would... order again if it?s absolutely free, but not worth spending money here. Terrible Read more
My ribs had a little meat on them but my boyfriends ribs were just bone and I am not exaggerating. I asked for my bread to get... more toasted and was given another raw piece of bread. I watch my calories so when the cheat meal is not good I am very sad!!! Read more
2stars because I come for the food and not the service. The brisket today and 2 others is DRYYY, the creamed spinach is sour and... the Mac and cheese is bland? Bun has to have been sitting out for a while and the sweet tea? lol ok if you say so. Ordered online. Said pickup 6:15. Got it home food was wrong meats. It was cold. The okra wasn?t freshly fried. The Texas toast... wasn?t good. It was cold and gross. I was very unhappy. Spent 51 and didn?t get what paid for. Won?t be returning. Read more
