Went there today at 3:00 PM no other customers in the store and ordered a gotta love it size. Didn?t appear staff was trained as... after i ordered the girl had someone else ring me in. Wanted to use my rewards so she rang it in wrong. Was busy watching whatthe cashier was doing and the girl mixing my ice cream added the wrong mixin. Asked when she handed it to me if she put thetoasted coconut in and she said yes. Got home and not toasted coconut, regular coconut. Think they need more training! Read more

I was looking for a specific Minnie mouse topper for my daughter's birthday cake. I called three cold stones. None of them had... it, but this was the only store the offered to order it! I also gave rough ideas for decorations and they hit it out of thepark! Great cake, great customer service, and amazing employees. Would go back in a heart beat. Read more

Better than average ice cream. Very creamy and great mix ins. But at over $7 or $8 for a smallish serving the price is just... way too much. My wife and I each had mediums with 2 mix ins and paid over $16! It wasn't that much ice cream either. Thewaffle bowl I had was super stale too. There are so many good ice cream places now. I think Cold Stone will end up going theway of Blockbuster Video due to their pricing. Slow service too due to the process of mixing in. Read more
I grew up going to this place and continue to go to this Cold Stone location. I've been here dozens of times and while the line... can sometimes get long, the staff is always wonderful. I recently did a spur-of-the-moment birthday cake here, and the woman whodid it was wonderful. I had my cake very quickly and was out of the door, without any prior notice. In all of my years goinghere, I have never had a bad experience. Just walk in, order your ice cream and leave. Like any service industry, if you treatthe employees with kindness and respect, you will usually get it in return. Read more
