Cinnamon rolls look like they've been sitting out for hours. One person tried taking my order (2 items) while the other one said... we're out of that and we're out of that too. She didn't express that she would make my order, just that she didn't have it. Shethen directed me to Starbucks. So if there's something that you would like at Cinnabon and it's not sitting out on a warmingplate, for God knows how long, you're probably not going to get it and pretty much go to Starbucks where you know you're goingto get consistent customer service and the drinks are made fresh. Rude little snotty teenager want helpful at all. As we ordered, she kept telling us that everything was out. Then when we asked... what they had instead of being helpful we go offered "what you can see" in the glass, yet brand new cinnamon rolls were comingout of the oven. Wasn't even worth my time. Get better workers, she sucks! Read more
Horrible Horrible service! All the employees are rude. You can't even get a "Thank you." Or a dang smile. They all look like... they hate working there. After purchasing a $6.30 cinnamon roll that is definitely not worth the price, they could make it alittle better with some sort of decent customer service experience. Place is a joke! Jarius Is the best employee every Cinnabon should have people like him he was making the buns and had a conversation with my... kids he was so nice to them that even my daughter said what a great baker with a great attitude!!!! A bit of a let down. I love Cinnabon rolls, but this location isn't very good. The rolls were thin and hardly had any icing.... Also, the frozen Oreo drink wasn't as flavorful and a bit watered down. It probably had too much ice. Read more
i had an order placed 3 days in advanced and when i went to get my food they ran out and told me it was a 2 hour wait. they... should have saved my cinnamon rolls and need to be better. i?m really upset that they can?t get my order and gonna make me havethe worse christmas ever. they didn?t save me my cinnamon rolls and she ruined my christmas morning. I had to return a pair of Levi's to Colorado Mills. Since 3 of my neighbors like Cinnabon items I stopped here to pickup 3... items. I approached the counter and since it wasn't clear where I needed to place my order, I decided to stand in clear view ofthe 2 employees who were standing nearby. After they finished chatting about whatever was going on with the male staff member'sphone and neither one asked if I needed help, I asked the female if anyone was working. She pointed to the male who obviouslydid not want to be bothered and reluctantly approached me. I asked for a menu item and he claimed that they didn't have any.Rather than walk away, since I didn't want to disappoint my neighbors, I asked about an item in the case and selected 3. Notonly did he not put the container cover on tightly, the icing leaked out over the sides of the containers and the bag. Petty?Perhaps. I probably would have overlooked that if I received good customer service. On top of all that, 3 cinnamon centers cost$17.61. I definitely do not recommend them. Read more
