This Chipotle is not good. Chicken was burnt to a crisp, like I thought I bit down on a rock. Tortillas came out hard as rocks... too as they were over-heated. Staff were apathetic. My tacos had all the sourcream in the foil and almost none on the tacos. Theguacamole tasted old. I'll be finding a different Chipotle next time I get a craving, not that this left me wanting more. Food is always good but one of the girls making our food was so rude for no reason. I didn?t catch her name. She was working in... the middle. This place... Is pretty gross. After my i got my order and decided to sit down, some weird stiment fell upon my table. I looked... up and to my dismay, the design structures that circle around the ventilation has been spiled over years of use and lack ofcleanliness. They're stained a black around many openings and I do not think that is a good thing to have in a eatery. I decidedto eat outside. My order, however, was quick, simple and the service is as expected. 2nd time ordering from the particular location, and chips were stale. Ordered a chicken taco but did not get the regular chicken... like I ordered and got a spicy one instead. I understand that some menu items need to be ordered online only but it doesn'tstate this with the high protein bowl and stopped getting it because I was being charged double when order inside theestablishment. Worst chipotle in town imo in terms of service. Went here over a year ago and I remember them being out of salad dressing. Today... they?re out of dressing again. Lady behind the counter didn?t think to mention it when I ordered a salad, she waited until shemade the whole thing and I asked for some at the end and then said they were out. Not permanent, just for the moment. My guessis they just hadn?t made any in a while. No ?sorry about that? just looked at me dead pan like I should be fine eating a plainsalad with no dressing. The dressing is why we go to Chipotle for salad! Mind blowing lack of courtesy or initiative, especiallyif this happens often. Not going back to this one.
