I get home and my husbands order is all wrong! Like what the heck! You guys 100% switched it with someone elses order!... Completely different things too! I ordered 2 bowls on 9/10/23 at 3:30pm. They both didn't have alot of rice in them I don't think it's a spoon full. I ordered ex... meat didn't get it. Avoid this location! It is so bad. I would like to start off with saying that I used to work at a burrito place like this so I... understand how it works and I don?t even get that many items in my burrito. This girl last night was putting HUGE scoops ofsalsa and sour cream on my burrito so I immediately knew she was going to have an issue closing it. She is trying to wrap itwhile it?s exploding, basically leaves it open and throws some more foil over it so I got a soggy open-face burrito and thenmislabeled it. If you order for pickup get ready to wait at least 30 minutes after the time it says it?ll be done. The staff at the front would... be doing literally nothing while only one person would be doing the online orders. And that person never has even an ounce ofurgency as five people wait half an hour for food. And I always order just one burrito!! This store should take online ordering off. This is the second time my order has not been ready in a reasonable time. 40 minute... wait while there is no line and 15 people walk in and will be taken care of before. Ever since Chipotle has started focusing on making money and less on paying their employees or customer satisfaction everything... has gone downhill. No matter where you order from, there are no options to order a quesarito on the app or online, there is noway to contact the store directly, and almost every order I make is flawed.. please do better in the future Chipotle.
