This location is a joke. They have never once gotten an order right. The employees must have a cumulative IQ of 76. I get... employing people of lesser intellectual means, but does every employee at this location have to fall into that category? Okay I usually hate leaving bad reviews because I recognize people work very hard and sometimes things are out of their control,... but I will think 27 times before coming back to this location. Their 1st slip, I ordered online and I ordered 3 burritos. THEYCAME WITH ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT. And I don't mean they were skimpy with the amount of meat, they LITERALLY LEFT IT OUT ALLTOGETHER. I was pretty sad and disappointed bc I love chipotle ???? and my daughter and I were extremely hungry. I decided togive them another shot after work today. I ordered online once again. I selected soonest pick up time. I've been waiting for myorder for 25 minutes. I understand companies are short staffed and there is lack of training because of this, but it's just sodisappointing to order from this location. ???? I still love chipotle, but this location just seems careless and nonchalantabout the urgency. I'm sorry but this is so so so annoying. I hope you guys get more staff or more caring employees. Thanks. I have loved Chipotle forever. Unfortunately, the past three times coming to this location have been awful. The barbacoa has... been just huge, tough chunks like not cooked down nearly enough. Last time they didn?t have pico or pinto beans (super basicstaple items) and the guac was brown af. I?m disappointed enough to waste my time writing this stupid review. This is absolutely awful! My sister and I placed a mobile order and this is how we received our bowls. When we wanted to speak... with someone, they were extremely rude. This is unacceptable, do better Chipotle. Read more
The food was excellent. There was a young woman and a young man that waited on us. The young man was very polite and friendly.... The young lady kept rolling her eyes and acting like we were putting her out. Luckily the young man was there or my score foryou would be much lower. GET YOUR HEALTHY TACOS AT CHIPOTLE! I've been going there for 20 years! These tacos can be dairy and gluten free. I chose crispy... corn tortillas, brown rice, lots of pinto and black beans, chopped tomatoes, pico de gallo, yellow pepper fajitas with redonions, marinated chicken, and a side of plenty of cilantro. Very tasty as always . . . And all for just $7.75. Thanks Judahfor the delicious healthy tacos! These guys started with one restaurant in Denver, and now they have 400 in 20 States Coast toCoast. From Seattle, Washington to Chattanooga, Tennessee to Charleston, South Carolina! I like it because they have lots morewhole food veggie choices than a traditional Mexican taqueria. I've been going to Chipotle for 20 years! My roommate manages oneof their restaurants here in Denver. Try out their tacos and stay away from The white flour and cheese . . . This place makes me NEVER want to go to another location again. Young lazy kids not Wanting to work. Bunch of metal food... containers everywhere & when you order certain things all they say is we don't have none! I'm sure if this store didn't havehalf the things you order, they would just close it, so I'm guessing it's lazy teenagers not wanting to do anything.
