I have their app on my phone. I have a history of buying from different locations. This location is the worst. Two times in a... row I have included their reward of free guacamole and have picked up my orders and found ZERO guac! Why call it a reward ifyou don't award it? Today I ordered around 8:30, before they were open. When I opened it at the office, not only was there noguac, but the food temperature was as though they prepared it before they opened. I usually order through the app and pick up. There have been issues the last 3-4 times I ordered. They forgot (?) the guac on... 4 burritos multiple times. Today, all of our burritos were squashed like they had been sat on and poorly wrapped. Theyobviously don't care about to go orders. I will no longer be going to this location. Read more
I used to love chipotle and years ago would?ve given them 5 stars. However, they gone downhill. The last several times we?ve... ordered from here, the orders were all wrong. They?ve also seriously started skimping on the portion sizes. I?m much less likelyto eat here now because they still charge a lot for the food, but give you less of it. No point ordering a meal if you?re stillhungry afterward. Read more
Absolutely terrible from start to finish, no line at the counter 4 employees present and had to wait for service, order two... veggie burritos and they didnt have veggies but charged us full price. Let's start with Attitudes, bunch of teens when I came in, need I say more. Portions were awful. I had to ask for more beans... with his teaspoon scoop. The next guy I ask to mix everything. It was liked he never mixed anything up in his life. Had itdouble wrapped so everything should be a snug secured wrap, Nope. Opened foil to a blooming burrito. Juices poured like I struckoil. This is without a doubt the worst location I have ever been to. I have lived in Lakewood for almost two years and periodically... try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but each time am met with rudeness from a multitude of workers as well asincorrect orders.
