I have been coming to this chick fil a since it was built and have never had any hiccups or issues with any of my orders. That... is pretty surprising to say it's been perfect every visit considering I now go here 1-2 times a week since my work is nearby andit's my favorite fast food joint. Although I disagree with the company's politics, I cannot slight their service for that. This location has gotten my orders -... and my sister's orders - correct every single time!! We just about always need to alter menu items (such as without tomato) andI don't think I've ever ordered from another fast food outfit that could pull that off 100% of the time. Read more

However by getting rid of the ability to have your... food delivered to your car and forcing you in the lunch rush or dinner rush order lanes makes me stay away because of thelimited amount of time I have for meals. Ordered a wrap tonight. When I bit into it, I thought it was lettuce but when I pulled it out of my mouth it was a huge piece of... plastic. The wrap was wrapped in paper so how did plastic get inside the wrap? I am literally so grossed out and feel like Iswallowed some in the first bite. Read more
The drive through had three lanes for orders yet the whole process was effective and very fast. Who knew they would be so busy... in a Saturday afternoon?! Jasmine took my order and she was very patient and polite. Dylan served me my order on a tray andwas very courteous. My order was correct and ingredients on my sandwich were fresh.
