I love this Charleys because the food is always fresh and good and also the fries are so good especially the cheese and bacon.
Ordered via takeout. It?s the worst cheesesteak I?ve ever had. I couldn?t even finish it.
Ate here while shopping at the mall. It was very good and seems. Little more fresh than the other places.
One of the worst customer service experiences ever. They were out of mushrooms and peppers which is two out of the three... vegetables that go on their main cheesesteak. I also ordered cheese fries and asked for more cheese on them, which they wouldnot give me unless they charge me two dollars. I think it?s interesting that they as a business can short me, and can?t make itup with a pump of cheese. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely rude to me. I will not give them any more of my businessmoving forward. Read more

Charley's is usually my go to but I've never dealt with rude workers before. I placed an online order but it made no difference... on when I was suppose to get my food. I stood and waited to see if my order was being made after my time came to collect mymeal. They haven't started making anything. I wasted my lunch watching food being poorly made as each order they gave out waswrong. The only one that seem to be doing their job was the girl taking orders. The guys had no system and did not care at allwhat people had to say. Very poor manners to be speaking in another language about people who pay meals to give you guys acheck. I hope corporate can get new staff soon. Read more
