I have found my go to Pizza place and will not go elsewhere! Service: 5 stars Quality: 5 stars Delivery Timeliness: 5... stars Pizza Temp: 5 stars Andrew is the best and a true professional! He took great care of my order and myself as a newcustomer: friendly, knowledgeable, and had my not so easy pizza order correct! While on the phone placing my order, heacknowledged me as a first time customer and thanked me for trying Blackjack out and at this store. He must work hard for thisstore since he even delivered my pizza! This said coupled with his great positive upbeat attitude he deserves a raise at theearliest opportunity!! He was so gracious to include the in store made ranch with my order to try and it was indeed the bestranch I've tried. Thanks to Andrew and the team who made my pizza tonight at Blackjack. They try to guilt tip you here. A horrible on going trend even if you come pick up the pizza. I use to just have to swipe the... credit card. Not anymore they ask you to sign a receipt with a big fat tip area on there. Seriously guys? You not getting paidenough from this place or something??? If not I'll make sure to stop supporting it. Guilt tipping alone is absolutelydisgusting. Absolutely done with this place. Disgusted! Ugh! "Night manager" Amber . I ordered a pizza order confirmed at 4:20. I called at 5 after 5. She said it's on the... way. 5:22 p.m. I was put on hold and was told the driver left at the door. Go to the door and pizza is cold and covered in bugs!Absolutely ridiculous didn't knock didn't call just dropped it off for the bugs. I instructed them to refund and come and getthere cold bug infested food. She stated she will not be sending her driver for littering their trash. GO TO THIS LOCATION ITSFILTHY! Updating this review (from 5 to 3 stars) as things have really gone downhill at this location. They make great pizza, but man is... the customer service lacking here. Of the last 7 orders I've placed, 4 of them have had issues. They either forget something,give you the wrong item, the order is late, or there is an issue with the delivery. Second to last time I ordered, the pizzawas 25 minutes late. I called to ask about a partial refund and was told that I've called once before to ask for a refund sothey were done being able to do that for me. Uh, ok, what? Anyways, they coupled that with an excuse of well, we're reallyslammed right now and short-staffed. It was 11:45 on a Tuesday morning. Pro tip for management: if you can't find help, look apaying another dollar or two to incentive people to come work for you. This pandemic thing is two years in the making now. Basiceconomics, guys. And how, exactly, is it the customer's fault that you are short-staffed because your wages aren't high enoughto attract workers? My most recent order was incorrect. You guys sent me the wrong kind of pizza and it was swimming in slimygrease. It looked like it went for a dip in the Domino's pool before it got here. The delivery driver was also extremely rude -basically just shoved the pizza in my face and said 'here'.. Better than the last time I ordered delivery when the driverargued with me about where exactly I live. I think I would know where I live.
