This has been our go to place for 2am eats when I get off work. But lately it seems the quality of the food isn't worth the... increase in prices. I totally understand the price increases given supply chain issues and increasing costs, however there seemsto be a constant turn over in staff. But a 12" cheese pizza and 6 small wings for nearly $25. I will still go here because it ison my way home from work, and open at 2am. We just won't be ordering here for regular dinner times. But when I come to pick it up they tried... to convince me I called the wrong store but in my phone clearly it was the number to the correct store. This is the worst pizza place you can ever order from tried to order and the guy on the phone had no clue what he was doing and... hung up the the phone. When I finally ordered the pizza it never came for over an hour so called to check up and the same guywas super disrespectful and hung up again. Horrible service 0/10 would not recommend. Read more

Place was open late .. did not expect the pizza to be so good.. but it was really really good.. price was fair for such a large... pizza .. they have size from 14 inch to 26 inch pies... I recommend this place for everyone Read more

I ordered on the phone from their website and was told to go to the Wadsworth location, not realizing that they have two stores... on the same street and accidentally went to the wrong location. When I showed up to get my order the front desk lady wasextremely rude and condescending for absolutely no reason and was not helpful whatsoever..I am sure people make that mistake allthe time considering they are both located on Wadsworth, so it should not have been necessary to have such an attitude forabsolutely no reason. The only other person in the building was helpful but overall I would never order from this location againconsidering the way they treat their customers and the state of the lobby & building itself looks and feels like no one caresabout quality whatsoever. I normally don't feel the need to even leave a review but I want the management to know their staff isrepelling people & it should probably be addressed. Read more

Wish I could give more but: 1) Begs you to sign up for texts only to receive coupons that can only be used in Utah LOL! 2) Way... overpriced 3) Shakes on the menu but they can't make them 4) There are 3 or 4 different sites to order from, all with pricesthat don't match their menu, very confusing To the guy who commented on people who "choose" to work in public service. Most money I have ever spent on a pizza, the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Also, when we ordered online the fella at the... restaurant called back and said that what we ordered wasn't a menu item. Extremely rude, acted like it was our fault. Would havecancelled the order had we not already paid. We will never go to a Big Daddy's pizza again. Read more
