The lady working on 9/26/2022 is very rude and needs lessons on customer service. We got there a minute before they opened and... was just looking at the menu and she rudely yells weren't not open yet. They scanned my birthday pretzel then told me I couldn?t get it because the manager wasn?t there.. guess I won?t be spending any... money there now cause now my free pretzel disappeared. Pretzel wasn't fresh like normally. Only had 3 salted pretzels in the display case. Really wanted unsalted pretzel, but none... being baked. Did purchase a salted one. Disappointed that most times they can't properly scan my phone to get credit. Yes, Ican get credit by manually adding, but forget most times! Read more

Mini pretzel dogs were not cooked all the way, we definitely saw raw dough in the middle. Their oven temperature is definitely... higher than needed because the outer parts of it were getting darker but inside was still raw. All looked at me while I waiting to order then finally what looks to be the manager asked If I needed something and made the... other employees help me for it being a pretzel place a kiosk would have given me better service and the pretzels were old butwhat can I say it's just a pretzel place but for sure will go to wetzels next time sorry for wasting your time as a customer! I arrived to pick up my order through the app, and couldn't. Mall was already locked up before it was supposed to be closed.... Called the number listed 3 times and no answer. Guess I'll come back another day for my order, or for a refund. I want aresolution one way or another. Read more
