I ordered the 2 for 3.00 chicken sandwiches. I did not know the sandwich is actually two small chicken strips. My complaint is... the bun was old and chicken old and hard. I called spoke to manager who replaced sandwiches. I went in today and specificallytold manager to make sure the chicken is fresh. Got home to find out the buns once again are old and dry and chicken once againold crunchy, dried out. This is unacceptable. Whether you spend a few dollars to several dollars you should get quality food. In this case both visits were complete disappointments. Read more
It started off as a good experience... I ordered and the young lady was very pleasant, when I got to the window she asked if I... needed any sauce I answered with "Yes please! Just Arby's sauce." She had it in her hand asked if it was enough packets, I saidsure. She asked me to pull forward and she would bring me my food. When I got it there was no sauce. Tried to call, twice infact with no answer, so I didn't have to get back in line behind the 3 cars. Finally got my sauce 12 min later. Then I gothomewent to go eat my sandwich and a 3rd of the meat was dark brown hard, dry, and inedible. Seriously, absolutely disgusted.What has happened to quality? Read more
I ordered 2 roast beef 1/2pound meals and got 2 regular roast beef meals! Called to complain and get resolved and they don't... answer their phones. Check and double check your orders or they will scam you too! Read more
Nice clean store, friendly staff. Handicap accessible entrance and parking available. Clean well maintained restroom. Had the $6... special (crispy fish sandwich and traditional Arby's Roast beef, both were excellent,great deal for the price. I don't know about this one folks. Waited in line(drive-thru)there was only one vehicle ahead of us but you would have thought... it was packed bumper to bumper. We waited over 5 minutes for them to pull forward, got to the order speaker and waited forsomeone to say even "Hi, order when ever you're ready" but we got nothing until I said "Hello" several times in a loud voice,someone finally came over the speaker saying "you'll have to wait a minute" she finally took our order a few minutes later. Wepulled around to the window and the vehicle that had been ahead of us was still there!? The person working the drive-thrureally needs to be retrained. The customer service was sadly lacking but that's not the end of it. We got home with our food andthe buns on our beef and cheddar sandwiches were stale. This is the first time I can recall ever having a problem with theirfood it's always been great. I tell you what I will not go there again. I'll still be an Arbys lover but not at this one. Read more
This place is sometimes ok. This time it was horrible. The bathroom was disgusting. There were 4 people behind the cooking... station while 1 lady took orders. She put my keys day fries into the kids bags, than we waited a full 9 minutes for the peoplein the back to actually start making the order. .... Do they think they are invisible? I don't get it. So my kids got coldfries. I got the Rubin with turkey and beef, usually delicious. This time there was a piece of raw meat on it. I almost threwup. I still might. Hopefully not violently and for days. I'm not going back, and I recommend you don't either. Why take the riskwhen there are so many other options literally next door. my order was NOT what I paid for ! I paid extra for cheese, lettuce & tomato x 2,.. I got 1w/cheese, lettuce & tomato but the... other only had tomato ! the last 3xs I have gone which is normally at least 2-3xs a month,.. this has happened ! plus my crinklefries were cold, hard & tasted like old grease ! very disappointed,.. anymore thinking seriously about NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! when our family spends at (least $ 30-50 each visit) just not right !!
