I've eaten bad food but this place is number 1 for bad food and the service is awful. Will never eat here again.

Are you ever going to reopen your lobby? I get that you needed to in the beginning for a couple months but most every other... fast food has had there lobbies open for over a year now. I always have a truck and trailer and cannot access drive thru. I liketo sit and rest and have my lunch.Always loved A&W and their fresh root beer. Whats the point if you can't even sit down andhave a refill. Hope you reopen soon or I will never go to another A&W in my life. Ordered 2 dogs, a fill-up box with tenders and a side of onion rings. We were told onion rings were cooked to order and parked... us. We waited about 7 or 8 minutes. When our order came out, EVERYTHING in our order was cold! Including my made-to-order rings!The tenders were tough and looked old. How do you serve this garbage to people on purpose!? Wow! I?m keeping the receipt as a reminder to avoid this place, hard. Ordered drive-thru. They gave my order to the car in front of... me, simple mistake. Fully understandable. I was asked to ?pull around front? and wait. 16 minutes later I was handed a bagwith the wrong burger, that I should?ve checked before leaving, but that?s on me. The 16 minute wait wasn?t, though. I?d askedfor ketchup with my order, and there was none in the bag. So I asked the manager that dropped my order off for some. Theyreturned with a mass of ketchup that was thrown into my bag from about 2 feet away. Icing on the cake: the ketchup packets werefused together in a sticky mess no human should be asked to pry apart. How had they melded together in an unholy coupling ofhoney-like evil? I don?t really want to know, but it sucked to have to deal with. All I really know is I?m never eating at thisA&W again. Read more
