No privacy no social distancing. The cashier this afternoon The black gentleman allowed another customer in my space. He checked... the prices for his monster and when I told the customer it?s my turn sir. The cashier started arguing with me!!! He can?t allow2 people at the same card reader!!! I hope management talk to him. I did not feel comfortable paying for my coffee and mytobacco . Rudest person behind the counter. He was on his phone talking in a foreign language and never once talked to me until I told... him how nice it must be to be on your phone at work and not talk to your customers...he laughed and I told him it's beyondrude!! I woould give a negative star if I could. Bought a cup of coffee and used the bathroom. While waiting for my Lyft ride, I was... told to wait outside. The store was empty! It was 22 degrees outside and snowing! I'm a 68 year old caucasion. I believe it wasracism. I'm reporting this incident to 7-11 coroporate. We'll see how they respond. Read more
Just got told not to come back until I get money because my card was declined. It's embarrassing enough having your card not... working. Being shamed and treated poorly by a gas station clerk like he isn't being paid to deal with this is just addinginsult to it. Going by what I've seen of the place he probably wanted to get back on his phone and go back to doing nothing. They used to have good customer service like two years ago but the manager changed and hired new people that have no respect. Read more
I like there night crew there very awesome people. Your morning and mid shift not so much. They should be more in to there... customers making sure we're finding everything they need instead of sitting behind or on top of the counters. Read more
Definitely one of the worst 7-Elevens in all of Lakewood and West Denver.
