OK !! I know this is Cali ...but,, I am here by the door dining at Wendy's 3 folks walk in holding a Long haired "lap" dog past... My table as the wind happens to blow ..I'm not sure who's hair ..but it blew onto My food. I spoke to the Supervisor Grace.Told her food was great until the DOG HAIRS LANDED ON MY DINNER. She was very polite and said She wasn't aware..(these folkssat by the back exit...I THREW AWAY MY FOOD and left .. Sure animals have rights BUT so does a customer who wants to enjoy ameal after work without having to cover his food from contamina to that could make them sick.. Well, I just keeps getting worse by the minute, drove thru to order a single chicken sandwich and sugar free iced tea and... received a cold soggy sandwich and a excessively sweet tea that I couldn't drink because I'm diabetic and can't have sugar. Buttheir was fries added to my order that I didn't want. I wasn't going to fight traffic to go back and complain,not worth it. Read more
Rarely do I have a negative experience at Wendy's. Most of their food is cooked to order so long as it's a burger and the fries... typically don't sit very long. I always get tasty food Read more
Hello one of the staff here at wendy's Carson Street my name is Luis and I have somethings to say to our lovely customer's if... your reading this please let me tell you one thing have patience with us as we are low on staff or some of the staff are new andnot used to moving fast. So we have to tell them to take one or 2 orders at a time in order to not overwhelm us as a team we aretrying our best so please consider that fact if you have a problem with our fries, nuggets or another item's please tell us wewill fix it or remake it for you. But if has something like a tomato, lettuce onion or ect please remove it your self so wewon't have to waste food.??????????? Ketchup mayo and other sauce on your sandwich is understandable. This place always seems to disappoint me!! The food at this location is TRASH!!!!!!! Employees do not care about the quality of... food they serve their customers. Fries are ALWAYS soggy and brown. Today my burger buns were hard and cold, fries were soggyONCE AGAIN and baked potato was over cooked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location! There are other Wendy?s in LongBeach that serve better quality food. Read more
This is by far the worst Wendy's I've been to. They rushed me as I was ordering in the drive thru. When I approached to window... to pay they barley wrapped the burgers. My fries and nuggets were scattered around in the bag not even in the cartons it comeswith. They closed the window on me when I tried to ask for extra sauce. I waited for someone to open it back up and asked forsauce and the guy rushed with a attitude. I asked why they were trying to rush me away from the window. There was nobody else inthe drive thru. He said because there's a timer. So basically they rush so you get your food faster. But only to receive thefood sloppy, cold and even missing items on top of bad service. I got the fish sandwich and was definitely worth the wait. I only waited because it's not an item that is often ordered, which... is a shame because it so good! You get a full slice of cheese, compared to McDonald's and their stupid half slice. The staff isvery attentive, polite and make sure you don't miss any items. Read more
