It's a basic subway but the service was really really slow. The person making my sandwich made a complete mess out of it. She... had mustard all over the sandwich and paper wrapper. Another person had to step in and remake the sandwich. I eventually spent20 of my 30 minutes lunch waiting for them to get the veggies sandwich right. Never been much to enjoy a sandwich made somewhere other than home however they made me a pastrami which was delicious good job
I walked in to this location today 7/8/21 and the Asian gentleman did not greet and I took a few moments to wait and he never... did speak or acknowledge me. I finally spoke he was making a sandwich as if he never made one before. Then he said someone willbe with me in a moment. If he is the owner he needs to learn customer service. I visited this lovely today 8/2/21 and I order a Turkey bacon ranch footlong. Now I come here often because I love locally snd I... like to make use of my coupons. So I got my sub made with a gentleman that I have watched and have no clue as to make a sub ormake it look presentable. I always try to avoid him. But today I dealt with him and he?s throwing my sub together in aunfamiliar way. Sloppy with no particular order how I?ve seen them do it over and over and over. So I go to check out and I givethem my coupon. He said because the sub is an expensive sub. I cannot use the coupon. When I looked at the receipt. He hadapplied the coupon. But added $1.50 twice once for bacon and another for avocado. I?m not sure what he was doing. But Icertainly do not want him making my subs or doing cash wrap. I may just altogether not return. Because I do not appreciate hisservice. He certainly needs to be retrained on how to make the subs and how to be better professional. Please watch yourreceipts when visiting here. Ordered a total of 3 subs online. Picked up my food and when I got home to unwrap them I come to see 3 subs that weren't even... mine with any of the ingredients being correct. Although it had the correct receipt the lady still managed to mess everything updespite there being no other customers there. Read more
The sandwich artisan was very good. I mean he was generous with the meats, had a meatball, tuna and ham footlong all with good... amounts of everything. Other places you'd have to ask and pay extra. This might be my new go to location. Read more
It was thee absolutely WORST!!! There was only one (1) person working and there was almost a dozen customers. I was in there for... AT LEAST 44 minutes. The employee moved as slow as a snail, and never offered any apologies or explanation. At least fourcustomers left. Read more
