The crew member who served my family and I was incredibly rude. His name was Scott. He looked visibly mad that customers came in... (the store was empty at the time and I have a family of 6, myself included). He kept rolling his eyes, sighing loudly, andslamming the equiment shut while making our subs. My family is classy so they didn't want to make it a big deal, but I amINCREDIBLY disappointed that I got such bad service from somewhere that I love eating from. Read more
