Drive-thru cashier was doing things too fast I wasn't done putting my order in, like if she was trying to rush me. Also my drink... didn't taste great and I think it was missing the mocha but it tasted like a horrible protein shake. Never had this issue in themornings but in the afternoon this was bad service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich through a delivery service. My sandwich came frozen. It came in the wrapper with no cooking... instructions. I called and they said you have to select warmed if you want it cooked. That is very strange. If that is trueStarbucks should really switch the option to requesting a frozen sandwich if that's what is wanted. It's not a pastry it's asandwich. Read more
Yesterday I showed up to get the traveler coffee I ordered earlier in the week, and of course they had no record of it. Well I... spoke with Raya when I ordered it for both Saturday and Sunday (Saturday's wasn?t ready when I arrived but I waited because Ihad a few minutes without being late), on Saturday I confirmed with Tyler that Sunday?s order would be ready around 6:45 am, andof course he assured me it would be. This is where I?ll only briefly mention the cream spilt all over, in the car! I know nowthey were preparing to strike and I?m all for you standing up for what you need? what the people in my two day training neededwas coffee. See some of them worked all night and still showed up to better their careers and their skills, at the very leastthey should have had coffee to keep them going. Not a coffee drinker myself but I ordered a fruit box and a muffin, guess whatelse I never received the muffin! Is this the quality we can expect? Read more

Today I really had a bad experience with a barista name Dany I been coming here for 2 year every day I pay 1.25 for Sweet... vanilla cold Foam she want me to pay extra again for extra foam. She was very rude I expected better customer service. Read more
