The line at this place is always insane. We were so excited to try it and so disappointed when we realized it?s literally five... options that are the exact same thing, just a different number of tenders. They also have no ranch or bbq sauce. It?s justunseasoned chicken tenders with ketchup or cane sauce, which is basically just pepper in liquid form, and beyond bland crinklefries. Lakewood in California location. Hands down this is by far the best Raising Caines that I?ve ever been to. I?m from another... state, I travel a lot. At this location the food is always fresh and hot. Not only that I like that they use paper/cardboardcontainers. You don?t have to worry the foam container melting into your food like the other locations. Read more
DOIORDASHERS, STAY AWAY!!! I?m not sure why they do this. It may be because they?re cheap. This location, you have to order the... food for the customer and pay with the red card. So that means you have to wait in line, order, and wait for the food to beready instead of it being ready for pick up by the time you get there. That?s easily a 20 minute wait just for the food. Thendrive time to get to the place and then to drop it off. You can easily be on an $11 job for an hour. So stay away.l until theydecide to change something. Read more
We were looking for some chicken. The drive thru guy was super helpful for me a first time orderer to help navigate what they... have. It was really good food, and I enjoyed it; however, they did forget my friends extra sauces (that was an extra charge).That probably the only thing that was a miss. I would go there again for sure. The customer service at the Lakewood Canes is not the same. Employees talking between there coworkers, instead of helping... customers, and cleaning the setting area tables, and restrooms. See picture attached Read more

No it's not bad at all! We usually get Cane's for dinner sometimes. The food wouldn't take too long and was on time. The food,... is so good, the chicken is fried and well done! The fries are warm and delicious, and the bread is so good! 5 star recommended! Read more
