Same great taste as most Cinnabon. Such a nice mall surfing treat. Love the rolls and the coffee! Great spot right near one of... the entrances. Customer service could really use some work though. Read more
Seating is limited, you can find more chairs at the food court. Staff is friendly but a little slow. Also the mocha iced coffee... is pretty disgusting & way too sweet, I don't recommend it. Everything else is just like all other cinnabon locations:) Read more
Total guilty pleasure! My sugar fix of the day????: center of the roll with caramel pecan toppings.
I guess I am only rating this place on a couple of things but taste is not one of them as all locations carry the same... recipe. Customer service needs some fine tuning as customer service is not that friendly. Do not get me wrong, they are notmean but need to be more courteous an make you feel like comfortable. Store is fairly clean but can use a wipe on the tablesmore frequently. Finally, the counter where they have sugar and cream needs to be bigger and have a much better presentation.It is and looks unattended so this does not make you want to buy coffee from them.
