Second time ordering from this location. Had the same girl wearing a "KIMBERLY" necklace both times. Both times she was... extremely unfriendly. No greeting, no personality, very rude. She didn't ask if I wanted my pretzels salted. Just gave them tome, turned around and walked away. I didn't want them after that. I just threw them away. I'll stick with Wetzel pretzel. Read more
Ordered for pick up, it was fast but the the pretzels were burned looks like it was sitting there for long time. Too pricy yet... not satisfying, my mom who is sick was craving for it and was so disappointed because it was burned and hard. Read more

Just ordered and observed this person who was working by herself. She was wearing her white gloves and served 3 customers... WITHOUT modifying it after touching other people?s money. While observing her, it kinda disgust me. This is an unsanitary placeto serve with other people that are going to buy in this place!.. Watch out guys, and observed this person differently.
