Can't order on the kiosk. Maybe they were just ignoring us when I tried to get a server at our table? Chicken wings took forever... to come out and there was hardly any customers. I ordered a steak and most of it was gristle. I didn't eat much of it, and the waitress brought the manager who apologized. I... thought that was very thoughtful. Me and my 3 sisters took my 92yr young Dad to lunch. We spent close 250 dollars or so... The food was good. I had the steak and... shrimps. The service, waitresses were nice, fun and personable. We all took extra plates home because of the 2 for 30 or so dealand ordered other add on's, plus drinks. There was a frozen drink that we enjoyed. It was a very hot that day. We enjoyed lunch.I took my frozen drink with me. 2stars because, I went into the mall and left my drink in the car, it cost 3 dollars. Fyi. Myfamily came from Los Angeles to this location. It was my mistake for leaving the drink in the car. I get it. It was a warm mess.I called to speak to the manager to let them know that my drink was left in the car and wanted to know if as a courtesy, if Icould get a 3dollar frozen drink that I barely tasted, (but really liked it) since mine was ruined. I knew it was a long shot.But I thought maybe they would be nice and willing to oblige me, especially since my family spent close to 250.00 or so... and Ionly wanted a 3 dollar drink... No, they did not have to, but they isn't the point. The manager was kinda rude and dismissive. Iwas disappointed. But ok... I could be writing a different review and raving that the manager was very nice and the drink wasamazing and I would've been saying I got to enjoy a nice frozen drink on my way home on that hot day. 3dollars vs 250.00dollars. ??????????????????????? This is the second Applebee's I've ever been to, about 12yrs apart. This one was quiet/clean! Tv's all had great sports on, we... were next to the bar & got that electric blue drink ya'll see in the background. Got those pub waffle fries & our server smiled& was always refilling our drinks & was mad cool. Read more
Everything was good at the time of our visit. The place was starting to get full but our Waitress was still able to accommodate... our requests. Overall, we were happy with the food and service. Even Clyde enjoyed the meal. ???? Read more
