Love my Sausage Biscuits, thier sage sausage is the bomb. Tried a Breakfast Bowl, good chow. Loving their chili burgers.

This place is slow. Burgers are hit and miss. Whataburger is the most inconsistent fast food place around. Will my order be... right? Will it be hot? Don?t know. Staff is not customer focused. If you ask for a cup of water, they charge you for the cup. Ihate to leave a bad review for a fast food place. But this place deserves two stars. Read more

We went thru the drive thru and the lady taking our order didn't have a clue. We repeated the order 3 or 4 times and she... couldn't get it right. So, when we got our order we knew it would be wrong and it sure was. We wanted 2 just a burgers and wegot 2 Jr. Cheeseburgers. We order one order of fries and one order of onion rings and we got 2 orders of fries. Verydisappointed! Read more

This is the worst Whataburger location I've ever been to. This is the only Whataburger where they will only give you one ketchup... packet per order of fries, and "It's been like that for 6 years here". Also the fries were over cooked but that's fine. 8/7/22, 4am. I have never been to a slower fast food joint. Literally spent almost an hour in the drive-through line. The... reason? Apparently, Because they have literally one guy working the line and making the food. Not his fault. Need more staff. He was courteous, at least. Just very slow. Be aware. Read more

I absolutely love whataburger. Unfortunately this locations night shift staff is terrible! No customer service, and extremely... rude. I went this evening at 11:30p and attempted to order breakfast and was told by the woman on the intercom that ?we don?thave breakfast? ?we make breakfast whenever we want and don?t have a set time? I advised this young woman that their website andmenu sign state breakfast is served 11pm to 11am. She then proceeds to justify this by stating that they are short staffed..After arriving at the window and talking to the manager, he let me know that they did have breakfast available.. ridiculous..the young woman at the drive through who wears large silver charm bracelets that smack around the drive through window (How isthis even sanitary!?) was extremely rude to me this evening as she always is she consistently gives attitude and looks like shehates her job! Every time I?ve gone she is so rude! I won?t be returning to this location. This staff needs to be retrained onhow to de escalate and give proper customer service! Read more

I placed and online order on 7/26/22 at 0057 which was to be ready between 0103-0106. I arrived at the drive through at 0102am.... I sat at the speaker for 15 minutes to tell them that I was there to pick up my order. Nobody ever acknowledged or spoke to me.I decided to pull forward and tell them at the window. I continued to wait in line for yet another 15 minutes before evenarriving at the window. I have now been sitting at the drive through for 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the window, I was informedthat they had not began breakfast yet and the honey butter chicken biscuit would take about 30 minutes to make. Again, I havealready been in line for 30 minutes and placed the order online. This should have been made already. As I did not want to wait awhole hour in the drive through line, I requested that the biscuit be refunded in which the manager on duty did make a cashrefund for that sole item. In assuming that the rest of my order would be complete and ready for pickup, I waited for the restof the order. I sat at the window for another 10 minutes as they had not even started my order. I sat in the drive through linefor almost 45 minutes for an order that was placed online an hour before actually getting it. And I didn't even get my wholeorder. Breakfast supposedly starts at 11pm as stated on the website...yet 2 hours later, I'm being informed that breakfasthasn't been started. I am a nurse that just wanted food on their lunch break. I was 40 minutes late getting back to work due tothe complete lack of care and total incompetence of the staff working tonight. Whoever is in charge should be completelyashamed. This is not acceptable! Nobody called. I could not go into the store to get the order. I even attempted to call thestore but nobody answered. I have NEVER written a bad review in my life. But this...this is just unforgiveable. Read more
