Kids working have a terrible attitude. Trash was overflowing. Handed me a smoothie with over an inch missing from the cup. To... top it off hands down the worst smoothie I have ever had. This location is horrible. Read more

Update: Visit today July 21 and their Apple Pay is still down - it?s been on the Frits or not working for at least a month. ... Their club scanner doesn?t work so we couldn?t use my coupon - employee says both have had issues for a long time (and I canvouch for that). Then we can?t find my profile by phone number - and i pulled my app profile and shared it with the employee toverify the right number - was correct. So that?s three technology breakdowns and two have been like this for at least amonth. WTH guys Generally a pleasant experience with nice employees. However, hygiene is ? questionable. I counted 4teenagers texting and in what looked like their pajamas and not showered, constantly playing with their hair, no gloves, workingregisters and making the food. Used to come here almost daily for a span of about 6 months in 2019. It was almost always the same 4 employees/managers working... and they knew exactly what they were doing and never messed up orders or smoothies and were fast. Since sometime in 2020, thisplace has been a circus. Constant rotation of new employees, and they're all teenagers in high school or fresh grads. They don'tknow the menu and take forever to make anything, often getting orders wrong, and clearly don't care. Management is moreinterested in working in the back than helping teach their new employees how to do their job. It's a shame, because this placehas good smoothies when they're made properly, but I won't be returning anymore. There are better smoothie shops that pay theiremployees well enough to retain the good ones. Read more

Staff does not know menu. Restrooms should be reported for how filthy it is. Lots of staff. Useless. They ALL admit they don?t... know how the app works. I haven?t been here since pre pandemic and I guess I?ll be going to Juiceland where the staff takespride in knowing what is in their products. I will drive by SK and take a photo of the mess when I am in the area again.Laziness is not an excuse. And I have to be not lazy and go to Juiceland. Read more

This location is so inconsistent. There is always something wrong with the actual smoothie let along the transactions. Last week... the smoothie was so watery it tasted like strawberry milk, this week the gal checking us out didn?t know how to apply couponsfor the gentleman in-front of us, and told us we couldn?t use our gift-card because SHE didn?t know how and we had to pay forit. The employees are not trained well and several times groups of teenagers have walked into the facility, and started makingsmoothies without washing their hands. Read more

Very rude , entitled young female works here, I literally would stop by three to four times a week here and as I have only 30... minutes for a lunch break I routinely would enjoy the smoothie because it's a great product, but the customer service ishorrible. I routinely ask for the styrofoam cup because the plastic doesn't keep the smoothie long and when I asked for onewhen they didn't ask which I preferred; The young lady snapped at me by stating," you need to ask for one before we pour itinto a plastic container, those cost money.". Smh. Completely entitled Look at my reviews, I give props to great service, thisplace doesn't have that. Take your money to other juice or smoothie places. Read more

0/10 would recommend for anyone to visit here. I?ve only been here twice, and each time the staff has been rude, short, and... disrespectful. Today was the final straw in going here, and I am only leaving this review so that others are aware of theabysmal service that this Smoothie King provides. Unfortunately, we were charged for more than what we had ordered, and let theemployee making the drinks know. Before he could even respond, the manager just brushed us off as if that?s what we ordered.Instead of mitigating the issue, the manager proceeded to yell at us and tell us that she knew we left a bad review here before(which isn?t possible since it was only my second time), and that we didn?t need to come if we didn?t like the service. That?sfine, I still had to ask several times for my refund though (which is a problem). All this while the manager proceeded to berateme and proceed in bouts of unprofessionalism.
