I came to the lakeville dunkin donuts. A guy named Joey( or Joseph) was waiting on some guy. This man was so extremely rude... to Joseph! I almost wanted to say something to this guy. It was so uncalled for, the way he treated Joseph. And becauseJoseph didn't hear him ( as the man talked so quiet) the man yells at him. I've never seen such a rude person. Yet Josephwas so calm and was still so polite to the man. More than I would have put up with! He's got very good customer serviceskills!!! I also wanted to mention that isia is always on top of things. If some one is waiting, he always comes up to seeif I've been help. He's always very friendly, even if their short staffed. Or rude customers. I enjoy coming to thisrestaurant. They're always very friendly, Everyone of them. Unlike the Apple valley store!!! The older lady that works atthe Lakeville store is always professional, making sure people wash their hands and changing gloves. I like this Dunkindonuts very much!!! Read more
I came in on the Busy Friday morning of August 26th because my sister had something wrong with her mobile order the night prior... and couldn?t get a refund what so ever. I came in the store and I was greeted by Joseph who was so hard working and so patientwith me since I had social anxiety in such a crowded place and I wasn?t able to correctly read off my sisters order. He took histime to get what I needed done and went beyond with his kindness. He didn?t hesitate one bit, no questions asked. This was such a pleasant Dunkin Donuts experience. The staff, especially Joseph was so kind and helpful. My Dad was looking to... get a Diet Coke and they had run put up front and Joseph graciously offered to check in the back! His service was top notch andwe will definitely be back while on our visit. Also this location had a nice seating area for us to enjoy our breakfast outside. Read more

Ordered 12 donuts online at 2:02pm on 2/14/20 order #2570 came to the store at 5:37pm and the girls working there told me that... she doesn't have a receipt so she can't give me my donuts. I showed her my receipt and that I paid and my card was charged andshe proceeded to just stand there starring at her screen. She was the manager!!! Read more

I'm a veteran and don't expect anything from anyone but with that said I'm super appreciative when businesses offer freebs. I... don't normally eat donuts to often. I was able to get a free apple fritter. It was delicious! Read more
