I have ordered from chans for over a year. Not once have we had a complaint. The quality of food is always great not greasy like... other establishments, staff always friendly. Absolutely terrible service when they messed up my order. I got home and called in as they didn?t give me the type of rice I... ordered. The gal just said I could come back in for what I need other than that there is nothing else I can do. No apology atall. When I asked if there were other options and was surprised by this response she told me I didn?t have to have an attitude.Appalled at how they could be in business with this kind of customer service.
