Stop here every morning, service is great considering with the morning rush can get hectic but the line moves quickly. Employees... are kind and professional. Food & coffee is always made perfectly ! Not like the Berkely Dunkin?s that don?t fill up the cup allthe way and the food is always burnt. Best Dunkin around the area in my eyes. Read more

The heavy set older lady at the counter was rude as hell .. I seen that my ice coffee was black i asked her if ot was possible... to get cream in it i mustve made a mistake when mobile ordering it she rushed over wit the receipt showing me it said black isaid again might have made a mistake ordering an she was really rude about it it was my first time ordering from there an i wontbe back Read more
Not much of a fan of dunkins as the coffee usually tastes watered down with no flavor. This specific location on the other hand... makes a good cup of joe. Find myself stopping here when in the area which says a lot as I wont go to the locations closer to me. Read more
I rarely visit this Dunkin in Lakeville due to the numerous issues that happen here. However, today I was craving a Bacon, Egg &... Cheese Bagel so I stopped. The drive thru line was long but moving and decided why not. When I opened my bagel, it was burnt onboth sides not toasted dark but burnt. I took one bite and all I could taste was burnt bagel. It was nasty. Things happen, itwas busy but there is no excuse for serving burnt food! Since I did not open the bag until I left the window, I could not tellthe girl at the window. Read more
