I don't usually write reviews on restaurants but picked up 2 pizzas and an order of potato skins, drove 35 minutes home to find... the pepperoni pizza was burned to the point I couldn't even eat it. The potato skins were also very burned, the bacon andcheese were just stuck to the container, and there were 2 "skins" that had nothing on them. I can't believe the staff wouldeven serve this food. Have been here before in the past, but like other reviewers have said, high prices yet much lowerquality. I wonder where the good reviews come from. Will not be returning here. Read more

I?ve been here a few times and have had great experiences! The staff is nice and timely on getting drinks and food to you. Went... the other day and got a pomegranate margarita which was great. I recommend getting their nachos they are so good and filled withall the best toppings. I found out they have tater tots and they were an absolute 10/10 so crispy. The short rib tacos are alsoa must! Good craft beer selection and decent food choices. Definitely more of a pizza and beer type of joint. The pizza wasn?t too... heavy, so my wife and I enjoyed the night not feeling bloated. The short rib nachos were good, but lacking additional dips thatcome with traditional nachos. Our waitress was very informative and understanding that we wanted to move because the tables areon top of each other in the dining room if you don?t have a booth. Not really ideal for date night when you are rubbing elbowswith people next to you. Overall, a pretty good experience. We each had a craft beer, one craft pizza and nachos. Chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza is delicious usually though recently they can't seem to put enough Alfredo sauce so that when you... bite into a piece you can taste the sauce. Most of the time I receive it and it tastes dry. Even when I tell them I've hadissues it still comes out the same. Only time it seems to have a little sauce is when I ask for extra and they charge me anextra 3 to 4 dollars. It's not what most people would consider extra. My guess is that the cooking process is cooking out thesauce and drying it out. They should adjust by adding more sauce to the standard version and not force customers to pay $15 fora small specialty pizza. It's the only major issue I have with baldies. Definitely recommend you try their pizza or (giant)calzones. Their chicken Cesar salad is really good to. Portions are very good. Family owned and run. Read more

Follow-up trip today. Headed up after 4pm, so the brick oven pizza would be available. Started with a flight of some seasonal... brews and yum yum fries. Highly recommend both. I had the Meat Lover's again, which was excellent and the wife was happy withthe Golden BBQ Chicken. Last time she had the Chicken Mozambique. Definitely prefer the brick oven versions over theconventional, so plan accordingly. Today's meat lovers was better than the previous trip, a little flop, good amount oftoppings, sauce was excellent, overall taste was excellent and the crust had a good crunch despite the flop. Service was alsoexcellent today. No issues, quick prompt service. Bumped it up from 4 to 5 stars. Been here multiple times. Read more
