Went to this unit because I had a problem with another one. Everything is so expensive that poor service and wrong product is... frustrating. I had let them know of the other issue and was sent a free meal coupon. I appreciate that. It was for any sandwich,fry and drink. Asked for a peach lemonade and was told no. Really? I also bought other items and one of the sandwiches was madewrong. EDIT: Was almost immediately contacted by the store manager. He made no excuses, listened to what i had to say,apologized and fixed the issue. Corporate reads these reviews too and replies. Outstanding!! Mistakes are made, but how they arehandled is the issue. There is something about going to any Arby's that triggers memories for me. Whenever I did well in school or sports, my mom... would take me for a chicken and curly snack box (2 chicken strips and a side of curly fries) and a Jamocha shake, it was almostlike a value menu thing. But those are long gone. Getting those curly fries always brings back those memories. After all theseyears I feel the food is still pretty good even tho those big deals from back in the day have all but disappeared!!! Read more
Mar 3, 22 Stillbwearing masks- good! Tasty as always. Dec 31, 21 They cleaned out the horrible homeless encampment out back.... So much safer now.. Sept 5, 21 Open again! Nice clean modern facility with the same good food! Oct 20, 20 Update- says 'tempclosed...' but gosh! bulldozed and torn apart! Are they rebuilding? I hope so, love the food! First time in this new place in Lakeside, the staff were very friendly. Wasnt sure what i wanted so many great things on the... menu and the cashier just waited didn't rush me.. Since The drive thru had a huge line we had decided to go inside to orderwhich was really fast just 1 other person there it was very clean and nice looking felt very safe entering the building. Weordered 4 original roast beef sandwiches (2 for $6), 1 med crinkle fries, 1 med and 1 small orange shake, which you MUST trytaste just like a 50/50 ice cream bar SO GOOD, and 1 apple and 1 cherry turn over and those where so very delicious!! We paid$29.15 This place gets 2 thumbs up from me was great. Can be a bit on the higher end of the price scale but food well worth it.Keep up the deals!! There was a sirloin steak sandwich and pecan chicken sandwich that looked so good i Will definitely becoming soon to try. Really wish there was one closer to Poway. ???? Read more
The ice cream floats here are fantastic! And for a limited time their $1 as well! What makes it better is that if they don't... tell you about the survey you'll get a free turnover as well! Double bonus! Food is always good here. Where this place gets 4Stars is in its service crew and decor. The place looks old and is in desperate need of a remodel. If the owners have some moneyto do upgrades that would be perfect. They need to modernize it a little bit because it doesn't feel too inviting and reallyplain inside. The other gripe is about the service. And now not all of the crew is bad because they have some good servicepersonnel. But there are a few bad apples with no smiling faces and don't greet you as you walk in. They act as if you don'texist as well. They really ruin the mood of the join and really bring down the service. The ownership and management really hasto evaluate the friendliness and service of the crewmembers. To be honest the commercials are so far from the truth that not sure I wanna return. I wanted the Diablo Chicken ... Got the... roast beef Diablo ... It wasn't that hot and seemed like it was just thrown together. I ate it and didn't die ... But thequality.sure has slipped. My mom only ate half her sandwich ... And never went back to it. Read more
