Some of the rudest people I have ever seen behind that counter in the evening. Good thing I was able to get some of it on... camera. Going to post it on Next Door, Reddit and everywhere I can. Y'all don't understand how nice the manager is at this location. Chaz 100% needs to become the district manager or whatever less... there is above her current position. You could definitely tell she is about her business and her employees love her aswell. Read more

Passing through on a road trip and SO glad we stopped here. Chicken was delicious! Hot, freshly cooked, super juicy meat, and... perfect thickness and crunchiness to the outer breading. Yum yum yum! We went BIG with our meal to get extra fries and a largerdrink (42oz) - definitely PLENTY of food for the road. Crinkle fries were delicious as well with tasty seasoning. First visit to Zaxby's and was not disappointed. In the chicken sandwich wars this spicy version works. Chicken wasn't overly... breaded like some places. Fries were OK but a bit on the soft side. Was pleased to see they offer a 10% military discounthelping to make the meal even more tasty. Will have to try other menu options on a future visit. Read more

I went to the Lakeland location. Located at 9104 Highway 64 Lakeland TN 38002. At 5:01 pm. I wasn't complain about the wait,... that was understandable. The problem was when I made it home and opened my salad container. It was half filled and most of thatwas brown lettuce. My other ingredients were scarce and my bacon was burned to a crisp. I personally don't eat bacon but Ialways give it to my son for his sandwich. I ordered him the kickin chicken combo and his sandwich barely had and chicken on it.I've never experienced this type of service from any other location. Read more

I came right at the end of... lunch hour, and the service was just about as fast as it could possibly be!
